Luke Sellars was a Pro Hockey Player from Eastern Canada.  As a player he was faced with addictions, mental illness, brain trauma and molestation from a young age.  He developed his approach to self-realization and life-mastery through his experiences as a dedicated practitioner of Kriya Yoga, Heart Meditation, Mindfulness and Tibetan Heart Imagery over the past 16 years. In this episode he begins to share his challenging journey.
