Amanda shares her journey with us about how she became aware of her own patterns and started to questioning them. This led her to get introduced to Human Design and she found out she is a Reflector. She realised how very little information there is about Reflectors and that is why she started to collect what information she could find and shared it on Instagram. That is how fellow Reflector Daniela found her. Together they discuss their experiences being Reflectors and Amanda also talks about the importance of listening to our bodies and the wisdom they contain.
