Fear is one of those emotions that can lock us down. And yet, it's also a very natural human thing to experience. Fear was important for our survival instincts, but the times of running and hiding from predators is far behind us.


As human beings that desire to expand, to create our best realities and live a beautiful life, we must also learn how to manage and dispel from from our bodies.


Tara Brach said that the first step to nudging fear out of our lives is to accept it. That means recognizing it’s there and saying, “OK, but it’s not taking over.”


We must pause, breathe, feel & allow it to leave our mind & bodies.
