If you take leaps jumps, giant steps of faith where will it lead you?

In this episode, I had the wonderful opportunity to talk to the brilliant Onawa Miller, a woman of impact on evolving in purpose.

She shares with us the importance of learning the language of what happens in our life and how the different parts of our lives impact our world-view and self-view. In her own life, she restructured that to see how she can use what she has been through to help others.

She is helping people with traumatic experiences understand how trauma shows up in the body and the tools to cope with that.

Her work ranges from a personal level to corporate levels and higher institutional levels, where she shed light on how adverse childhood experiences impact the workforce, productivity and the clients we serve.

She balances this by telling us ways she takes care of herself to refuel the passion. Some days, it might require disconnecting with others and reconnecting with you.
