Dr. Steven Hatfill, MD joins LTC Tim Wilson (Both Senior Fellows at the London Center for Policy Research) discuss safety procedures which need to be taken at every similar facility and what needs to be done to fix the multi-layered issues when it comes to safety in China including serious leadership problems within the CCP.
