Even though doctors and psychologists do not recognise burn out as a medical condition, it is something to take seriously. It shows as insomnia, lack of appetite, shortness of temper, closed thinking,  headaches, exhaustion and a feeling that nothing is worth the effort. Burn out is a direct consequence of lack of self care. The problem with burn out is by the time you notice the symptoms, it might already be too late, so prevention is key. It is incredibly common in entrepreneurs, even those who created their businesses to work less hours than their day jobs.
