STOP LETTING THESE BITCHES HURT YOU.

I got tired of feeling hurt by people, so I stopped making their choices my problem.

I started seeing rejection, separation, redirection, space, and delays as part of my Spirit Team’s work to guide me toward what is aligned and away from what is not.

I stopped letting people’s opinions be so damn important to me. Now, I don’t care who you are - I pick and choose which opinions matter.

I piped down with all the expectations. I have high standards for me, not for y’all.

I stopped telling people how to treat me and simply watched instead. Your choices will tell me everything I need to know. How a person moves naturally tells you a lot.

I started to understand that instead of using my time to win people over, I could simply use that same time and energy to connect with people who are already on the same type of time I’m on, period.
