Remember how I said this podcast is my verbal journaling and I'm sharing it here because many told me they like to watch, giggle at me, and learn new ways of processing information. You know when there's no music that I was fired up and ready to jump in. What's interesting is how the thing that rubbed me up the wrong way (caught my attention) wasn't really what peeved me off. Instead, it was the crashing of several ponders that I had been throwing about over the last few weeks. And it rose up in my body like fire.

What's happening is that I'm making sense of many sources of data in my world (what we humans are built for) and with that, I carry what I need in less than 15 minutes of talking to myself.
Your turn.
Listen Loosely.
