Melissa's movie "Climbing Into Life" inspires us all to try new (and often scary) things at any age. It follows the life and triumph of Dierdre Wolownick (whose son is the star of "Free Solo") as she worked towards setting a new climbing record, scaling El Capitan ("El Cap") in her 60s, even though she had never climbed before. We'll talk about overcoming fears, pushing ourselves physically, and other things related to aging and resilience.
