If we do something difficult without rewarding ourself, we won't want to repeat it ever again. There is plenty of science that affirms it is crucial to reward ourself (even if it is an internal reward) in order to continually take difficult actions.
In today's show I will cover a 5 step process to generate internal rewards in order to accomplish this. This process was discovered through my research and I've personally implemented these strategies to ensure they work.
