About Monica Tang

Hi! My name is Monica and I am the one who creates all this vegan deliciousness. I have been vegetarian since mid 2004, and vegan since 2005! I am here to prove to you and your omni friends that vegan desserts can taste awesome too. I am self taught and bake from home.

After 7 years of working as Quality Assurance Coordinator, I had the opportunity to be the head Baker at Bonus Bakery. I still hope one day I can open my own Vegan bakery, so the more you order and share with your friends, then the more my dreams come true!
