If every day feels like a struggle and takes so much focus and determination, I've got news for you sister, it is time to let it be easy!
There is this belief out there that, "If I am not struggling, I must not be trying hard enough."
GROSS. EW. NO.
Especially around food.
I mean SHEESH!!!
Life is hard enough, amiright?
Can't deciding what we want to eat and when to stop eating be the ONE thing we get a pass for? The one thing that is just a piece of cake- if you will ;)
I believe that eating should be easy.
I also believe that many of you out there have that same mindset of "no pain, no gain."
Not just around food but just existing as the human that you are.
Let me tell you, there is a WHOLE middle land between pushing yourself every single day, wearing yourself out, and fighting to live, and giving up on life, eating Ben and Jerry's on the couch wrapped up in your cozy robe not remembering the last time you showered.
*but really....that doesn't sound too bad.
