Have you ever met someone who is just extremely non-assuming, non-judgemental, and really shows ups and cares in every single relationship? When you're with Jacob, it's just like you’re sitting across the table from someone who you've known for 50 years and he wants to do everything that he can to help. His business ventures speak for themselves, but currently he is the CEO of IQ: focused on buying or investing in companies with 1-5 million in EBITDA, and he founded IQ with the mission to help leadership teams realize their full potential. And his goal is simple: to invest capital and provide resources to the greatest leadership teams that he can find. Now, Jacob has bigger aspirations than just business, he has philanthropic aspirations that are really centered around global child health and education initiatives. He channels his efforts through his own organization called the PG Foundation, which brings awareness to great child focused charities around the world. In this episode, he really speaks about his dad, and what influence he had on own life and business, and you know his personal aspirations to give back and how caring his dad was and the influence he had on his life. And then the mentors his dad’s relationship brought into his life after he passed away.
