This episode came about because I hear people alllll the time say they struggle with meditation. That they, "suck" at it.
The reality is you don't suck, you might just be using a technique that isn't right for *you.*
There are many styles of meditation, and if we don't know the fundamentals, we may choose a technique that can cause us to experience MORE anxiety, stress and overwhelm.
So in this episode you'll learn:
- Why there is NO one size fits all approach to meditation
- How we can use the wisdom of Ayurveda to choose a practice that is in alignment for us.
