When making your year end evaluations, take time to reflect how you got to where you are.  Women can show themselves strong in many external areas of their lives, but inwardly struggle with their own personal choices.  Making costly decisions can have severe consequences that can impact various aspects of our lives. Financially, it can lead to debt, bankruptcy, and financial instability. Emotionally, it can cause stress, anxiety, and regret. Professionally, it can result in job loss, missed opportunities, and a damaged reputation. Personally, it can strain relationships, hinder personal growth, and limit future prospects. 

Considering the potential ramifications, it is crucial to ask ourselves: Are we making thoughtful and informed decisions, or are we being impulsive and reckless? How can we better evaluate the long-term consequences before making costly choices?
