Camden Hauge is the founder and manager of the Supper Club in Shanghai, and also the owner of arguably the coolest cafe in Shanghai – Egg.

Her passion for food has taken her from New York to London to China, and she’s become a force on the F&B scene here. And she told us why she hates the word ‘foodie’.
