EP. 48: Centering honesty, self-care, & professional alignment with Cheryl-Ann Weekes
Cheryl-Ann Weekes is a High School Counselor who has worked globally since 2010, she currently lives in Dubai. Cheryl-Ann is an expert in social emotional counseling, mental health and university counseling.
She loves the opportunity to have individual conversations with her students and uses quotes from her favorite authors to teach lessons about resilience, self esteem and mental health to her students.
Cheryl-Ann created Weekes Enterprise, LLC in 2022 because she is passionate about the need to normalize going to therapy and creating workshops on mental health, psychological safety, boundaries, and consent for her students and community.
She has done workshops with ISS, CIS, ISCA, AMISA, AIELOC, English Schools Foundation.
This past summer she taught the week long course Culturally Responsive Counseling in International Schools for the Principal’s Training Center.
