This week at the Koffee Shop we are joined by Author Angelique Ambers and we discussed her book, "Lessons Taught By Daddy". Her collection of poems explore the journey from abandonment and loneliness to forgiveness and ultimately, self-love. We discussed her book and the meaning behind the title, the stigma behind the term "Daddy issues" and how it is associated mostly with women, also self-love and how someone can learn to love themselves in spite of pain.
