disclose known defects and hazards. However, it is always in your best interest to
disclose all known and suspected hazards. Failure to
disclose can result in a failed sales transaction and litigation. Some of the things that must be disclosed are:
- Lead paint
- Paranormal activity
- Emotional defects
- Pests
- Property drainage issues
- Neighbor disputes or boundary issues
