Together they share not only intimate details of each birth but we also discuss how mindset can have such a profound impact on your experience.Rosie made a conscious effort to educate herself after her first birth and as a result was so in tune with her body. She understood the environment she needed to help that oxytocin flow and always trusted her instincts. Adam also shares his perspective as a birth partner discussing how and when he could support his wife.
