Katherine Foster is the Executive Director of Blockchain Labs for Open Collaboration (BLOC), and an advisor to global startups, the World Bank and many international programs. She was a Diplomat on Human Security and International Trade including the NAFTA, and Business Lead for Europe's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative.
