I just want to take today to tell you something… you don’t owe me a good session. 

That’s it. You just don’t. You actually don’t owe me anything. 

You don’t owe me a good podcast episode. You don’t owe me anything. You don’t even owe your audience a good podcast episode. 

That’s what I think. 

If you did owe me anything or anyone else anything, it’s to show up when you can as you can as you.
