“I saw very quickly that we could get audiences to match very well into Facebook by associating cell phone numbers and multiple emails and when Facebook would take away targeting like FICO score, or income or homeowner status, I’d go get a direct mail list and enhance them to a bunch of other databases and get it to 80%-90%.
