This week on WDDD? we have yet another cannibal story for you!

La Shaunda tells the awful story of Issei Sagawa, a Japanese man who was obsessed with cannibalism from a very young age. Unable to satisfy his sexual urges, Issei spent years working up the nerve to lure, murder and cannibalize a young woman and fellow student.

After a pathetic attempt to dispose of her remains, he's arrested and charged in France only to be deported back to Japan shortly after. Scot free, Issei looks at how he can capitalize on his crimes and capitalize he did. Starring in short films, releasing novels and comic books and even starring in a pornography video, the Japanese people seem to be unable to get enough of him during his "15 minutes of fame".

Join us for this terribly unjust story and yet another deep failure of the justice system.
