Lots of Mental Mom Moments on today’s show. Meg and Casey’s good friends Garett and Rachel join via video call. It’s like a big group therapy session! Casey shares how he caught Meg’s daughters plotting against her. Meg processes feelings of disbelief that her precious girls would be so calculating. Garrett and Rachel share their secrets to having a fun-loving, supportive and healthy relationship while running a daycare out of their home AND parenting their 2 year old and 8 year old daughters. Rachel and Meg agree that their own sanity and mental health is more important than overcommitting and saying “yes” to everything (including Girl Scout cookie sales.) Garrett and Rachel share how important making therapy a priority is for their mental health individually, and as a couple.
