Psychodynamic is a form of talk therapy that came as a response to Sigmund Freud's Psychoanalytic approach, and some would say CBT (which we covered in our first part of the series) was a response to this. Psychodynamic is a present-oriented approach that focuses on your internal world and how you can resolve core issues to improve your experiences with the world and relationships.
