After a week off for the holiday and to get my first COVID vaccine, I am taking the time to reflect on the collective experiences of the COVID vaccination campaign both in the US and worldwide as well as some smaller samples of people I have discussed the topic with.  If you are on the fence about getting the vaccine, I encourage you to take a listen and see if any of the ideas presented here can be your call to action to go ahead and take the step of your first shot.  We are privileged here in the US to have more access than many people worldwide and it is important that we reflect upon what that means in terms of our shared responsibility to keeping people around us safe.
