This week on the podcast, I talked to my new friend Jen. She has a podcast called One Step Closer to Death where she explores the overlap of spirituality and trauma through a humorous lens. We talk about dogs, dads, coming out of the “woo closet”, learning when to stfu and about how guilt and shame keeps white people from having conversations about race.
