A children's book in the My Emotions series. Chelle and Leanne discussed how grief can feel like a series of waves. They also recommend the children's book One Wave At A Time by Holly Thompson. Another children's book offering a story about grief and healing. The Memory Tree by Britta Teckentrup. A children's story about honouring the death of a loved one.

One thing Leanne and Chelle took away from this episode is that "The Heart Remembers".
