In the last episode we talked about feeling like you're TOO much. Today we're flipping to the other side of the spectrum - feeling like you're not enough. This feeling can show up in so many ways in your life - feeling like you're not doing enough at work or in your community, like you're not a good enough mother, wife, friend, daughter, like your body isn't good enough, thin enough, or desirable enough, like you're not making enough money or growing your business fast enough. When you feel like you're not enough in any part of your life, you're on a constant hamster wheel of proving, pleasing, and perfecting to show your worth.
