The truth is forgiveness is something we all wrestle with. Sometimes when we struggle to forgive others, it's cause we haven’t accepted forgiveness for ourselves. We then expect others to be hard on us cause we are hard on ourselves! Have you ever felt that way?

But what about when you are hurt by someone in your life? How should we process this pain?
