Imposter syndrome is on the tip of everyone’s tongue at the moment when it comes to lockdown, new jobs, applications and new paths in life. It’s something that the majority of people have experienced in their life and can have a significant impact on confidence and progress, holding them back without them even knowing it.


In this episode, join us as we delve deep into the importance of speaking openly and honestly about mental health, particularly at the moment with the negativity of the news and social media is having such a suffocating effect on people's mental health. We also go a little deeper with what imposter syndrome actually is, how you can tell if you’re suffering from it and what to do to challenge and overcome it so it stops holding back the badass human you really are.
