Israa Ghrayeb was killed on August 29th, 2019 after being assaulted by male members of her family in a so-called “honor” killing in the Palestinian territory of West Bank after posting a video together with her fiancé on social media. Activists around the world are demanding justice for Israa following her violent murder.
