When it comes to breathing I've had my issues but, never did I think that breath work could help with anxiety, sleep, and overall health. Throughout the last year or so with the pandemic placing obstacles around our breath, I recorded this episode in hopes 2021 can be the year we really conquer, focus and improve on our breathing. This app called "BreathWrk" has been my absolute savior in finding exercises that could really target certain areas of my life. This app is FREE and includes so many options and exercises to help you gain the knowledge and practices that go hand in hand with breath work. I always speak from my own experiences and this is a big one to me. I hope as you listen today we can all find the importance in taking care of ourselves and in more ways then one.
