There are many interesting locations along the Pacific Coast Highway - from the Chandelier Tree in the north to Dana Point in the south - but somewhere in the middle is a beautiful land that is the home of hippies and artists who believe in being connected with the natural world.  One such man spent 50 years building his house in such a way that connected him to the land, the weather, and even the people through their garbage.
