A special guest and alumnae makes her Bridge Broadcast debut. Karla Garcia joins us from her Pleasant Grove home where we talk about her journey as a first-generation student to the University of North Carolina and, now, to the youngest ever and first Latina Dallas ISD trustee. Karla has an incredible passion to see students, like her, gain access and opportunities through her work with Dallas County Promise.
