This episode I discuss the pre-appointment  stage of getting into see a specialist and or a psychiatrist to potentially get a better understanding of my own condition, and to potentially get medicated for ADHD! I do have some side topics that I discuss again with some personal struggles I have faced with the condition, but this discussion is a window for all of you that are curious about some of the process and what it might take to follow a similar plan.
