Wilma Brockington-Parker is the CEO of My Workplace Coach, LLC, a human resources, coaching, and consulting firm, a certified executive and professional coach and a certified senior professional in human resources. She has extensive experience in training/development, program management, and employee communications from her leadership roles at a Fortune 500 company and non-profit organizations. As a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas’ Executive and Professional Coaching Program and a member of the International Coach Federation, Brockington-Parker has coached executives and others to help them develop strategies and actions for realizing success. She also earned a M.S. in Human Resources and a MBA from the University of Maryland University College. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations including All Shades of Pink (breast cancer awareness/support) and New Pathways, Inc.
