3 Weeks & 2.5kg Later… What has Paula learnt?
Do you reckon you can make a change to your nutritional knowledge and your body in just 3 weeks? She reckons so.
After our last chat, we sat down and did a full consultation. I think we were both surprised at what came up. It was eye opening for me that even those nearest and dearest, who have been on health journeys previously, still have gaps in their knowledge.
I ask Paula questions based on her words from the last 3 Weeks.
“I thought I had a general idea but clearly not”
“When you get to 40 and you still haven’t figured it out,
“I’m in the experimentation stage – looking for some staples” Most people eat 5-10 meals on repeat – do you reckon that’s true?
“Shit the difference in protein”
“I’ve noticed a huge difference in Greek Yoghurts”
“Had a dinner party – everything served was so delish!! Back
“Aleppo chillis” in butter for your eggs
“1.8kgs down – had a look for curiosity sake”
“Honestly, not a lot has changed, it has been small tweaks
“I’m spending less, because I’m so clear on what my needs
“I have a read over your booklet most nights as a reminder
Alex’s shopping list: I'll keep that a surprise!!
