In the early 2010s, I weighed 132 Kg. After a terrifying diagnostic, I decided to do everything possible to lose weight and save my life. After losing 46 kg, I became a certified Fitness Coach, and now I help people from all over the world to get fitter, stronger and, most importantly, healthier!
