Today's guest is Barbara Wohl. Barbara is a PA - a physician's assistant - who retired about a year ago in the US, and decided to move to Israel. She volunteers twice a week delivering meals to elderly people. She is outgoing and inspiring, and today she shares some very important advice with us. Enjoy!
