✨ How the Magical Morning Practice Works
Open your voice memo and hit record 🎙️
1. Gratitude
Record what you’re genuinely grateful for until you really feel it.
2. Your Ideal Day (Past Tense)
Speak about your day as if it already happened. What did you do? How did it go?
3. Zoom Out (Future Vision)
Still in past tense, describe the life you’re grateful to be living. Paint the full picture.
4. Send It
Share your voice note with a Magical Morning partner.
P.s. When speaking about your day and big picture be as specific as feels good to you.
