In today's episode, I've got Michael Kelly of the Grumpy Developer talking all things creative. Mike is a former self proclaimed 'code monkey' working in software and web development for many years until he decided to go off on his own. 

He has incredible insight as to how to view things from a creative and problem solving perspective and when you do, you not only fulfill your own job and life satisfaction but enable others to see what they perceive as problems in a different light.

My favorite takeaway is that even from a 'tech' side of things, creativity is still KING to change the paradigm of doing things how everyone else does and carving your own path.

He now has a successful and out of the box podcast called The Grumpy Developer and works as a consultant to small, midsize and large companies on their projects to ensure flawless and functional development and design.
