In this episode we learn that when life hands The Lunatics lemons, it tends to throw them right in their face.  Alix & Craig update you on the last couple of months and how they've faced and coped with some major life changes.  They take you through what happens after an egg retrieval doesn't go exactly as planned and the side effects of various new meds and painful procedures.  Craig attempts to give a Science lesson and also discovers a new African country while Alix makes sure that their sex life really is dead in the water.  It's an open and amusing look into a time that's anything but relaxing.
