Intermittent fasting, measuring to the gram, restricting 5 days a week and bingeing on the weekend - health conscious or eating disorder?  This was a reality for Tyson for a long period of time before he got the professional help he needed.

Fast forward several years and 30kg - Tyson is a successful online nutrition and fitness coach that uses his personal experiences and extensive skills to help others achieve their body comp and strength goals.
