Elspeth is a pole instructor and competitor who has been getting noticed on instagram for her wicked shapes. We talk about the fun trends, like tricks we get caught up doing, the "Don't Rush" challenge, but also dive into the issue of when Instagram cracked down on pole dancers, and how this affected us as a community.
