Early on, Drew was part of winning cultures in both sports and in the military, where all members were encouraged to think like a leader. However, he later found this was not the norm, and "only leaders get leadership training" in the private sector. Through their new mobile app, Drew and the Leaderly team seek to help others unlock that leadership mindset to enrich lives and uplift organizational cultures.
