The crazy thing about the human heart is that lots of times we allow ourselves to be transformed by the world around us in a passive way. How does faith and worship work? Most often we are captivated by some picture of the good life. So idea that promises fulfillment or satisfaction. That longing our desire turns into a faith assumption. We invest trust and conviction in it.  That faith assumption then leads us to act on that faith as we pursue this thing that promises joy. That is actually worship at its core: a life of pursuing our desires. And a lot of it happens outside religious buildings. Thats worship 101: captivated hearts lead to faith, which leads to worship.
