In this episode of Wine & Shine, we delve into the realm of the mainstream media to uncover why women have primarily negative self-perceptions.  We’ll discuss why it’s important to let go of these perceptions and love yourself as you are despite constant media bombardment, while still consciously making choices toward self-improvement.
