Welcome back to the Knowing You Know Nothing podcast! This is Episode 50.
I was extremely excited to have my third conversation/podcast with philosopher John Altmann. We discussed discussed his new projects, ideas on equality, fairness, and the state of academic philosophy, attitudes of academic philosophy towards trans-gendered and other philosophers of minority, disability, etc. This was an enlightening and very candid conversation. John helped me build upon my knowledge as an early independent learner on philosophy. I was honored to have him and Angel L.G. as guests. We discussed multiple philosophical works that were recommended by John as well as philosophers that have impacted him along the way. Additionally, Angel L.G. had some incredible questions that he posed to John. John highly recommended Angel L.G.'s work of Beyond Paradise (his second book.)
